The Sullivan County D-A's office is looking into filing first-degree murder charges against a Kingsport man. David Cook is alleged to have broken into an apartment on Stonegate Drive and shot two women in October. They are trying to determine if there is enough evidence to prove that Cathy Inman died from the injuries she sustained in the attack. Inman died four months after the shooting. (jb)
