Couple Charged With Contributing To Delinquency
A Jonesborough couple have been charged with 20 counts of contributing to the delinquency. A woman complained to police after her teenage daughter had been missing overnight. They went to a residence on Meadowview Drive and found 20 juveniles and an 18-year old along with 100 containers of beer, malt liquor and Jell-O shooters. 45 year old Pat Mills and 43 year old Patricia Mills have been charged in the case.
