A Kingsport man has been arrested for allegedly pointing a gun at his neighbor and threatening to shoot her. The woman told police she had gone to the man's home to talk to him about an incident that happened when her daughter was playing with his son outside. The man demanded she leave or he would shoot her. He went inside and came back and pointed a pistol at her. The man's wife forced him back inside where he remained until police got there. (jb)
