Construction of the new Aquatic Center in Kingsport is running behind schedule. A footer had to be re-poured and that put the project behind about two weeks. Problems have been fixed at the site, and construction of the new center should be completed next year. The Aquatic Center is being built off of Wilcox Drive, just behind Cattails Driving Range. (jb)
