Rep. Hawk Due In Court Today
State Representative David Hawk is due back in Greene County court today. He was arrested in March on domestic assault charges. He was released on a five hundred dollar bond. Hawk is alleged to have hit his wife in the face, knocking her to the ground while she was holding their 11-month old daughter. He says she had a gun and threatened to shoot him. (jb)
