The Buchanan County, Virginia Sheriff's Department is looking for a Tazewell County man that they consider to be armed and dangerous. Sheriff Ray Foster tells us that 44 year old Kevin Wayne Berglowe of Richlands is wanted for the distribution of Schedule II drugs.
