Bluff City could soon be the host of a new Boys and Girls Club. Community leaders have approached the Boys and Girls Club asking that they establish a satellite location at the Bluff City Elementary School. The community has raised the lion's share of the 100 thousand dollar operating budget, and a director has been located. Sullivan County Board of Education and The Boys and Girls Club have to make final approval. (jb)
