A court date has been set for a Kingsport man involved in a fatal shooting incident. Joshua Frye has been charged with facilitation of first-degree murder. He was the driver of a pickup that followed a car after a drug deal gone bad. His passenger Christopher Nunley is said to have used a large caliber rifle to shoot into the car ahead of them, killing 19 year old Shawn Anders. Frye remains free on a 100 thousand dollar bond. He will be in court on October 11th. (jb)
