Former Hawkins Judge Indicted
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says former Hawkins County General Sessions Court Judge James "Jay" Taylor has been indicted on 41 counts of theft. The TBI says Taylor filed false claims to the court administrative office for payment for legal services he did not perform.
