Sullivan County Sheriff's Department has released the name of the man that drowned in Kingsport over the weekend. 28 year old Joshua Lovin dove into the deep end of the pool. When he failed to surface, friends and family dove in and pulled him to the shallow end of the pool. They performed CPR until EMS arrived.
