A Bluff City man has been jailed for allegedly spanking and choking his 10 year old daughter. According to a Sheriff's Department report, 49 year old Herbert Fultz is said to have also thrown his daughter onto a couch. He became angry when she became ill and vomited during an electrical storm Friday. Fultz was arrested Saturday and posted a 25 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
