Weatherman Shot With Crossbow
11 Connects weatherman Rob Williams is recovering after being shot in the chest with a crossbow. According to a Johnson City police report, 53 year old Gerald Taylor broke into a home the two men shared, shot at Williams with a pistol and missed, and then shot him with the crossbow. Taylor fled the scene and was later found on a boat dock near the residence. Police officers had to tase him in order to take him into custody. Taylor has been charged with Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Burglary, and Violation of an Order of Protection. (jb)
