Johnson City police have charged an 18 year old homeless man with Motor Vehicle Theft. Bannan Myers was arested after an investigation into the report of a stolen vehicle on Edna Court. He's also been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Myers is being held under a 12 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
