Woman Charged With Neglect After Leaving Kids In Car
A Bristol, Virginia woman has been charged with child abuse and neglect after leaving her two small children in her car while she went fishing. 27 year old Heather Royston left the two children in the car for over four hours, in 80 plus degree temperatures. Witnesses called Sullivan County Sheriff's deputies to report the incident which happened at a park in Piney Flats. The case has been turned over to the Department of Children's Services. (jb)
