Taylor Bound Over In Crossbow Shooting
A general sessions court judge has bound over a man accused of shooting a local TV weatherman with a crossbow. 53 year old Gerald Taylor is alleged to have entered the home he once shared with Rob Williams early on the morning of the 4th of June, shot at him with a 9mm pistol, missed, and then shot him with a crossbow. Taylor had to be tased by police to subdue him. Taylor and Williams had once shared the lakefront home. An order of protection was issued against Taylor on May 29th. (jb)
