A former Johnson City man and a Bristol woman have been sentenced to prison for bank fraud. 61 year old Tommy Eugene Blair and 44 year old Tina Rogers were each ordered to serve three years, eight months behind bars. They were convicted of defrauding TruPoint Bank in a deal where they sold a Johnson City car wash to another man. Judge Ronnie Greer also ordered them to pay back TruPoint Bank 4.2 million dollars once they are released from prison. (jb)
