A Johnson City man hs been charged with Aggravated Child Abuse. 22 year old Jonathan Hagar was arrested after an investigation into report of physical abuse of a child. Upon questioning, Mr. Hagar admitted that he struck the 2 year old child numerous times. This resulted in extensive bruising to the child's buttocks. Hagar is being held in lieu of a 20 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
