Probation has been granted for a Kingsport man who was the getaway driver in a gas station robbery. 57 year old Houtz Van Steenburgh was allowed to plead guilty to accessory charges and for filing a false police report. He was given two years of supervised probation and a 500 dollar fine. His co-defendant, 34 year old Shannon Napier is currently serving an 8 year sentence for her role in robbing the Valero on Lynn Garden Drive last June. (jb)
