A Tennessee Highway Patrol Captain and Commander of the Fall Branch District has been promoted. Captain Danny Talley has been promoted to the rank of Major and will be in charge of the THPs Administrative Bureau effective July 1st. Talley is a 25 year veteran of the Highway Patrol. (jb)
