Foulks Appointed To Homeland Security Job
Greeneville Fire Chief Mark Foulks has been appointed to the state's Homeland Security Council. Governor Bill Haslam made the announcement this week that Chief Foulks will serve as a member of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Explosives committee. Foulks has been Greeneville's Fire Chief since 2006. He began his career in Knoxville. (jb)
