Real Estate Taxes Going Up
Bristol, Virginia residents will be paying higher real estate taxes now that the new fiscal spending plan has been approved. The city's real estate tax rate will increase 5 cents per 100 dollars of assessed value. The city's new 83 million dollar budget includes a 3 percent pay raise for all city and school system employees. (jb)
