Judge Refuses To Overturn Former Priest's Conviction
A Sullivan County judge has refused to overturn the conviction of a former Kingsport priest. 78 year old William Casey was convicted of molesting an altar boy over 30 years ago. The former pastor of Saint Dominics church was sentencedto prison on the charges in November. 46 year old Warren Tucker claims Casey molested him when he was 13 years old. Similar charges have been filed against the former priest in Greene County, McDowell Couinty, North Carolina, and in Scott County, Virginia. (jb)
