Auto Burglary Arrest
Johnson City police have charged a man with two counts of auto burglary. Police were called to Ivanhoe Drive early Saturday morning. Homeowners told them that their dog barking alerted them to someone inside of their car. Officers arrested 24 year old David Usary after they found items from several vehicles in his possession. He is being held under a 20 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
