Candidate Indicted On Sex Charges
A Johnson City man who is registered as a U.S. Senate candidate in all 95 counties has been indicted by a Carter County grand jury. 36 year old Thomas Kenneth Owens has been charged with solicitation of a minor. The charges comes from an incident where he allegedly exposed himself to a seven year old girl, and asked her to perform a sexual act on him. (jb)
