Humane Society Wants Money For Puppy Nursery
The Hawkins County Humane Society wants the county to give them 10 thousand dollars for a puppy nursery. The purpose of the nursery is to keep the puppys from the adult dogs in order to help stop the spread of Parvo. The Humane Society already receives 15 thousand dollars each year from the county. The full county commission will hear the request when they meet on June 25th. (jb)
