Johnson City's Keystone Dental Clinic is going to have to cut back on free and reduced services. The organization has lost two large grants that account for at least half of their annual operating budget. The clinic provides service for adults who don't have dental or medical insurance. Tax deductible contributions can be made to Keystone Dental Care. (jb)
