Johnson City police have charged a juvenile with auto burglary. It happened just before 3:00 o'clock this morning at the Johnson City Mall. Security Staff stopped one of two individuals involved. The 13 year old boy was cited into Juvenile Court, and released to his guardian. He will be in court on July 20th. (jb)
