The American Red Cross will consolidate two of it's administrative offices. According to Executive Director, Glenda Bobalik the Elizabethton office will shut down on July 1st. All of their operations will be consolidated into the Johnson City office. Carter County residents can still contact the Red Cross at 542-2833. (jb)
