TVA Police have arrested a Bristol, Tennessee man for allegedly exposing himself to a TVA investigator. 39 year old Darrell Williams is said to have followed the investigator into a wooded area near South Holston Dam. TVA police have increased surveillance operations in the area because of reports of this type of activity. (jb)
