Attorneys For Willis To Appeal Judge's Denial
Attorneys for convicted double murderer Howard Hawk Willis have filed notice that they will appeal a judge's decision to deny a new trial for their client. Willis is on death row at Riverbend Maximum Security prison. He was convicted of killing Georgia newlyweds Adam and Samantha Chrismer. They were shot to death in October, 2002 and their bodies placed in a Johnson City storage building. (jb)
