A Church Hill man has been found guilty of sexually abusing an 11 year old girl. 40 year old Jerome Flanigan was originally charged with rape of a child. The girl didn't tell her parents about the incident until days later. Flanigan was found by police hiding out in Washington County. A jury found him guilty of aggravated sexual battery, and he was sentenced to 12 years in prison. (jb)
