Johnson City police arrested a man after an investigation into a fight on Cherry Street. It happened early Sunday morning. Police found a man lying on the ground, bleeding from his head. The victim was taken to the emergency room for treatment. 22 year old Brooks Price was developed as a suspect and an arrest warrant was issued. He was located early this morning and taken into custody, and is being held under a 50 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
