The Tennessee Highway Patrol has promoted Lieutenant Steven Street to Captain. He will replace Captain Danny Talley who was promoted to Major in the Administrative Bureau. Street has served as the Fall Branch District's Administrative Lieutenant since 2010. His promotion is effective July 1st. (jb)
