Starting Monday, new DUI laws will take effect in Tennessee. Punishment for someone convicted of DUI with a child under 18 in the vehicle with them is going to be a lot tougher. If an officer suspects someone of driving drunk they must have a search order signed by a judge before forcing someone to submit to a blood test. (jb)
