A man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting four children in the swimming pool of a Kingsport motel. Police were called to the West Side Inn on Stone Drive. They found 28 year old Dudley Brock bleeding from his face. Several men observed him assaulting the girls in the motels swimming pool, and they chased him down and attacked him. Police took Brock into custody. While processing, he was allowed to go to the restroom. Police had to go in to get him out, and found him fondling himself while standing on a urinal. (jb)
