Kingsport Police are taking applications for their upcoming Citizen's Police Academy. The academy will meet on Monday and Thursdays for four weeks beginning September 10th. It's open to people at least 18 years old. Sign up deadline is August 10th. An application can be downloaded from the police department's website. (jb)
