Model City Man Charged With Selling Drugs
Kingsport Vice detectives arrested an Orleans Street man after executing a search warrant. 59 year old Leonard Skeens is suspected of selling prescription pills. The raid uncovered several Oxycodone pills. He was charged with possession of Schedule II drugs for resale, maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. (jb)
