A hearing for a Bristol man charged in the Christmas Day murder of a Nickelsville man has been delayed. 60 year old Charlie Joe Ramey is accused of shooting Gregory Hale to death. His attorneys and prosecutors were ready but the judge in the case recused himself. Judge Donnie Williams had been Hale's lawyer at the time of his death. Ramey will be back in court on July 19th.
