After seven years as a general district court judge, Sage Johnson was sworn in as a 28th Circuit Court Judge. The 42-year old took the oath in the presence of other judges, lawyers and legislators. Virginia Supreme Court Chief Justice Cynthia Kinser administered the oath and encouraged him to enjoy the day as the work begins tomorrow. (bg)
