Man Arrested After Driving Away From Scene Of Accident
A Johnson City man is in jail after fleeing the scene of an accident and an altercation with the other driver. 28 year old Robert Taylor crashed his car on Whittling Wood Drive. He left the scene in his vehicle before police arrived. They caught up with him as he was exiting the neighborhood onto the Bristol Highway. Police found him to be intoxicated and in possession of a gun. (jb)
