The Jonesborough Days Festival got a good kick off even though the fireworks that were planned fizzled out. The owner of the property where the fireworks were going to be staged became concerned about insurance liabilities. An alternate location was found, but there was not enough time to get the proper paperwork completed in time for Saturday's fireworks display. (jb)
