A Sullivan County grand jury has indicted three people on aggravated animal cruelty charges. Losha Detamore, Telda Detamore and William Comerford are accused of allowing a Pomeranian to die on May 31st from a heat stroke. When Officer Melanie Adkins responded to the Donelson Drive home she found that the dog was tied to a post with no shade and no water.(jb)
