Johnson City's Traffic Homicide team has charged a Bluff City man with reckless homicide. The charges come just over a month after the accident at the corner of West Walnut and State of Franklin. Seth Green was driving a pick-up and turned into the path of a motorcycle which was driven by 39 year old Burrell Mitchell. Traffic cameras show video of the accident. Lieutenant Larry Williams says that Mitchell was in plain view for more than nine seconds. Green is being held in the county detention center under a 25 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
