Johnson City police have arrested a man, charging him with being too drunk to take care of his four children. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call on Timberlake Road. 49 year old Joseph Perkey told police that he had drank a half pint of vodka and two beers. They determined that he was too drunk to take care of his four children who were all under the age of five. Mr. Perkey is in the Washington County Detention Center under a 25 thousand dollar bond.
