Bristol, Virginia Cops Charge Man With Attempted Murder, Arson
Bristol, Virginia police have charged a man with Attempted First Degree Murder and Arson. City fire crews were called out to a residence on Norfolk Avenue just before 3:00 o'clock Wednesday morning. A fire department investigator concluded that the fire had been intentionally set at a basement door and on a lawnmower which was under a deck. A suspect was developed after interviewing the homeowners and other witnesses. 23 year old James Dallas Copler is said to have given a confession to police. He's being held without bond. (jb)
