Woman Almost Causes Wreck With Hawkins Sheriff
A Rogersville woman out on bond for DUI and other charges was arrested again after nearly causing a collision with Hawkins County Sheriff Ronnie Lawson. He was traveling east on 11-W when he saw a Chevy Suburban driving recklessly. When the car pulled beside the sheriff, it crossed the center line, causing Sheriff Lawson to have to maneuver to avoid a crash. 24 year old Tonya Ferrell was stopped and found to be in possession of several Suboxone pills.
