A Johnson City man has been arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery. 27 year old Adam Trivett of Hamilton Street was arrested after a complaint that he had inappropriately touched a small child in a sexual manner. Trivett had left the scene by the time police arrived. He was located a short time later and upon being questioned is said to have confessed to the allegations. Trivett is being held in the detention center without bond. (jb)
