TOPS - Wise Double Fatality
Virginia State Police are not releasing the identities of two teenagers killed in a Sunday morning accident on Route 23 in Wise County. A gray Volkswagen beetle slammed into a guardrail, rolled down an embankment, ejecting the occupants. Two people died as a result of the crash. All that the Virginia State Police are saying is that one person died at the scene, another at a local hospital. The two juveniles that died were ages 15 and 17. (jb)
