Press release on Friday, July 6, 2012, at approximately 4:20 pm, officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle driven by Dominique Fleming, M/B, 20 yoa. The investigation revealed Fleming was driving on a suspended license, the vehicle had an altered license tag, the vehicle title was unregistered and there was no insurance on the vehicle. Fleming was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center and held on a $6,000 bail. He will appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on Monday, July 9, 2012, at 9:00am.
