Herron, w/m, 12-24-92 of 150 Ridgeland Dr, Johnson City, TN., charging him with Manufacturing/Distributing/Selling of a Controlled Substance (Schedule VI) and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia. He is currently being held in Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $6,000 bond and will be arraigned in Washington County General Sessions Court on Monday, 07-09-12, at 09:00 AM in Jonesborough.
